When is a trade union illegal?

The National Union of Students has been on strike for four days.

The union has accused the British Government of undermining its rights and said it will call a strike.

The Government says the strike is in the interests of the student population.

What is a union?

A union is a collective of workers, mostly students, who are engaged in a collective bargaining process and negotiate their terms and conditions with employers.

The National Union for Students (NUS) has been striking for the last four days and says it will continue to strike until the Government ends the strike.

How does it work?

An NLU strike is defined by a union’s constitution and rules.

This means it must be democratic and non-hierarchical, which is why the union is often referred to as a “democratic” union.

Why is it happening now?

The NLU says the government is trying to block the union from achieving full employment in the public sector.

It wants the government to end the strike, which has already cost it more than $50 million in lost wages and benefits, and $1.5 million in fines.

It’s a trade dispute between a large business and a smaller business, the NUS said.

What is the government doing about it?

The NUS has been campaigning for a fair contract for students, and the Government has been trying to negotiate a new deal.

A number of unions have threatened to take strike action if negotiations do not begin this week.

Can unions bargain in public?

Yes, but the Government says it does not want to negotiate in public.

The Nus is not allowed to talk to the media, and there are strict rules about how the union should act in a strike and how its members should act on strike action.

Who can join a strike?

Anyone can join the strike by joining the National Union Against the Trade Unions (NUATU).

There are currently more than 800,000 members in the NUATUs trade union.

The organisation has been fighting for full employment and improved conditions for students for almost a decade.

Are there any penalties for joining a strike at this stage?

Strikes can lead to fines, suspension of a student’s right to work and a ban on a student from going to a certain school.

Where can I find more information?

The Government has published the details of the Nus’ latest strike action on its website.

Do I need a union card to join the Nuseas?

There are no rules in place that would require a union member to get a union membership card to go to a union meeting.

If you think you might have an issue with your student union, talk to a member of your union or contact the Nuses national union.

They can offer support and advice on how to best deal with the strike and ensure a fair deal is achieved for all students.

You can also talk to your university union.
